Greystoke House now offers gift vouchers, which you can use as payment towards your stay. You can customise these vouchers to suit your budget, so they’re a convenient option for gifting or planning a future visit.
How to Buy a Voucher
To purchase an ‘e-voucher’, just click on the Voucher below. If you’d rather have a physical voucher, fill in the form below to contact us by email or give us a ring, and we’ll post a voucher to you.

Redemption and Reference Code
Each voucher comes with a unique reference code, which you must quote when making a reservation. Furthermore, you can only use each voucher once; after you redeem it, you cannot use it again. In addition, you cannot exchange vouchers for cash, and we will not replace them if you lose them.
Transferability and Reservations
Only the person named on the voucher can use it, as vouchers are non-transferable. Therefore, please make all reservations before you arrive. When booking, remember to quote the gift voucher reference. Moreover, we may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Booking Procedure
You can only use vouchers for bookings made directly with Greystoke Guest House. To check availability, please visit our website. Alternatively, for reservations, contact us directly via email at info@greystokeguesthouse.co.uk.
Validity Period
Vouchers remain valid for 18 months from the date you purchase them. Consequently, please ensure you use your voucher within this timeframe.
